Welcome to another episode of Breakin’ In! This week, Cheryl and I engage in a little experiment where we try to record the show over the internet. It’s not the greatest of achievements, but never fear. We kept it short and simple!
Why did we embark on this endeavor? Well I guess you’ll have to listen to find out!

LEAP-FROGGING SCRIPTS
Good idea! (Just so long as, to paraphrase one of Peppard’s proverbs, one of them isn’t a unicorn.)
I found this podcast refreshing as lately I had been feeling guilty about putting a couple of scripts on hold in order to write the high concept low-budget contained drama/thriller/mystery that I felt compelled to write immediately. (It’s coming along well, but of course it does take time since I don’t want them to just steal the idea and toss everything else.)
On a related front, I looked at an older script recently (NOT my first — I’m never looking at it again!), and while overall it was better than I feared, I was amazed at how certain scenes (or parts of scenes) jumped out at me, practically shouting for deletion — which I immediately did. (The more fundamental problems will have to wait until some future time.)
